I loved sharing the dining room table with Celia. She always made sure I had my packet of Sweet and Low ready for my iced tea. She always had a wise word to share in her conversation. She was the one who made sure that we had a challa for Oneg Shabbat. She loved being Jewish and celebrating the holidays in her own way. I'll never forget her hula and her caution to the others at music to "shake it, but don't break it". She had a fantastic attitude, which was always positive and upbeat. I loved her and will never forget her.

Halloween at The Royal Bellingham! Celia was so proud of this costume . Admittedly, it was the coolest one!

My daring friend was a member of the community I served while Activity Director at The Royal Bellingham where Celia Resided. Celia was the live wire, the dancer, the Mae West impersonator who could do a "Come up and see me sometime!" like no one else. There are many Celia stories.
