Media Guidelines
Memorial Service Media Guidelines
To best serve you during this important time, we have established clear guidelines for submitting media files and communicating with our Funeral Service Department. Following these guidelines ensures your media will play seamlessly and honors your loved one appropriately. Please note that all media must be given to us in it’s complete and final format as we are unable to create or edit slideshows.
24-Hour Notice Required
All media, including links, files, or USB devices, must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the service.
Use of Personal Devices
For security reasons, we are unable to stream music and slideshows directly from your phone or laptop.
Editing & Troubleshooting
We are unable to edit, convert, or troubleshoot files. Please test all media prior to submission.
Spotify Playlists
We offer the ability to play curated music that represents your loved one and their life. You may either create a playlist and share the link or provide the songs you would like us to play and we are happy to assist you.
Accepted File Formats
All files must be provided in one of the following formats:
Windows Media
.asf, .wma, .wmv, .wm
Windows Audio
.wav
QuickTime Movie
.mov
MP4 Audio
.m4a
MP4 Video
.mp4, .m4v, .mp4v, .3g2, .3gp2, .3gp, .3gpp
Canva

How to Submit Your Media
You can submit your media by sharing a Google Drive, Dropbox, or Canva link with our dedicated Funeral Services team.
To ensure we handle your files with care and promptness, please include the following in the email subject line:
- Your loved one’s name
- Service date and time
- Chapel location (Kamenir Chapel, Mount Sinai Chapel, or Tanach Chapel)
