Although I did not know Victor personally, as a member of the Hawthorne Kiwanis Club, Victor was certainly known to me through the pleasant memories of our fellow Kiwanians, through the stories they told me over the years, and through Victor's ongoing generosity in supporting our club service projects. We are saddened by his passing but forever grateful that he was part of our Kiwanis family. it is good people like Victor that make me proud to be a member of the Hawthorne Kiwanis Club. I am certain I speak for all members in expressing our condolences. Gregg McClain president 2015-16 Hawthorne Kiwanis Club

Bruce although I haven't been in touch with Victor for several years we did touch base when he moved into the Marina city club. It seemed to me he always knew exactly how to get the job done and it was my pleasure to help. Without a doubt he will rest in peace

To the Family, It has been a real pleasure to know Victor and your family over the years as a result of my Kiwanis membership. I remember an occasion when I came into the meat market to pick up the chicken for an event. Everyone was so helpful and gracious to me. I also remember the event where Victor was awarded Citizen of the Year by the Lions Club. I was so proud to have my picture taken with Victor and other Kiwanians. You can take comfort in the wonderful service Victor gave our community of Hawthorne. Don Harris

Victor was a very good friend to many organizations in Hawthorne. The Kiwanis and Presidents Council benefitted from his very large generosity to many of our activities. Thank you so much Victor, Richard F. Huhn Kiwanis Club of Hawthorne

Victor was a genuinely decent person and a servant to our community. He will be missed by all of us in the Kiwanis Club of Hawthorne. I ask for God's blessings on his family and for them to have nothing but good memories of Victor.
