Theodore “Ted” Fasteau
October 28, 1938 – July 2, 2014 Theodore “Ted” Fasteau, a retired Head Deputy in the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office, passed away Wednesday at his home in Tarzana, CA at age 75 surrounded by his family. He served in the Public Defender’s Office for more than 30 years before retiring in 2002. In retirement, Ted served as a docent at the Skirball Museum and doted over his grandchildren. He is survived by Carolyn, his wife of 49 years, brothers Steven and Charles, children Jason and Lauren, and four grandchildren. Services will take place at Mt. Sinai Memorial Park on Sunday, July 6 at 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
