“Selma was a very caring and funny person and usually known as a “character”…she was witty and loving and did not like to be told what to do, she was her own person with definite ideas of how things should be handled. She was known for being feisty. Mom was married to dad for over 61 years and Victor was the love of her life. She was a mother to Lauren, Babette and Andrew. She was grandmother to Josh, Ally, Sofia and Ilan and Great Grandmother to Hank and Lucy. Kenn was her son in law, Tisa was her daughter in law and Maureen was her grand daughter in law. Mom had a close relationship to her parents Louis and Molly Aarons and she adored her siblings Jerry, Sonny and Jan. She loved being an aunt to many and had close ties to her cousins. Selma was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and great grandmother and she was dearly loved”
