Robin Rosen, beloved wife, mother and grandmother succumbed to sepsis while on a trip to Arizona. Robin, a Los Angeles native, held a master’s degree in early child development and taught students with severe physical and intellectual disabilities in Southern California for over 25 years. She had an endless love for children, especially those with special needs. Family was everything to her. After suffering a debilitating stroke in 2004, Robin continued to live her life to the fullest. She always maintained a positive attitude and was a role model for all who deal with physical adversity. Robin had a smile that could light up any room. Wheelchair bound and unable to speak, she wouldn’t let anything keep her from doing the things she loved. Robin loved to travel and recently returned from a three-week road trip to Tennessee. Robin is survived by her husband of 46 years, Arthur, her two children Jared (Rachel) Rosen and Erin (Michael) Fine, her much loved grandchildren Harrison and Avery Fine, as well as her sister Nikki (Howard) Applebaum. Services will be held at Mt. Sinai Memorial Park, Wednesday, October 13 at noon, 5950 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles, CA. Donations in Robin’s name may be made to St Jude Centers for Rehabilitation and Wellness, Fullerton, CA
