Morrie Kingston
January 14, 2013
Morrie taught us a lot while he was on our Board of Directors. It seemed like he would live forever, and his love for his children, especially Marylin, was very apparent. He took pride in all of his children and grandchildren's accomplishments and taught them the meaning of integrity. He believed that hard work, no matter what the circumstances, would enable one's dreams to come true. He made sure his children went to college, and in any situation, he always spoke the truth. As a holocaust survivor who arrived here without anything of monetary value, he quietly (he did not like to discuss what happened during WW2), helped many organizations and individuals to make sure this would never happen again to any other jewish person or anyone who was the victim of hate crimes. With our deepest sympathy to Cesia, Marylin, Harry, Jeremy, Shane, Abbe and family. Our hearts and prayers are with all of you. Please let us know where we can donate to Morrie's favorite charity.
