Martin Charles Coren, 78, died peacefully on 2/2/2023.

Marty was born on 2/7/1944 to Mildred and Jack Coren in Los Angeles. He received his BA with honors from Whittier College, his MA in US History from Ohio State University, and his MS in Journalism from Columbia University. He served as first lieutenant in the US Army from 9/1966 until 6/1969. He was a loving father, husband, and friend.

He is survived by his children Dylan and Cara Coren, his precious wife Joan Miller, his sister Judy Fuchs, his niece Anat and nephews Yoram, Yotam, Lavi, and their families.

A funeral service will be held in his honor at TIME and DATE LOCATION. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mount Vernon Ladies Association
