Mark Litzer was the absolute best father to Melanie and Adam Litzer, son to Marion and Al Litzer (z”l), brother to Ileane Brones, brother-in-law to Michel Brones, uncle to Carissa and Bretta Brones, nephew to Jeannie Lamalfa, (z”l) and was a friend to so many.

He lived every bit of his too short life to the fullest as an adventure seeker, avid boater, fisherman, and motorcycle rider. On the open road was where he felt most alive.

A highly skilled plumbing and general contractor, he worked on tens of thousands of complex projects, buildings, and homes throughout California. No job was too grueling or too demanding to finish, and he always took pride in his work.

Nothing brought him more joy than his kids. His beloved Harley Davison is a close second. Mark’s incredible strength allowed him to surpass every doctor’s timeline for his life during the course of his treatment.

He did not take his diagnosis sitting down, he met it head on, zig zagging the country on his Harley in between rounds of powerful chemotherapy.

His undying spirit will continue to burn like a fire, and will forever be celebrated by all who knew him.
