I met Len in 1960 and have known Lea since then for almost 55 years! I have so many fond memories of hanging around her place with Len and then visiting countless times in the ensuing years. Lea always had a heart of gold when taking care of us kids and then as Mom and grandma. My best to Len, Kirsty and Mona at this time and always.

Your legacy lives on in the most precious gift you gave me, your son, the love of my life, and in your granddaughter, Kirsty, the other love of my life. Rest in Peace. In Remembrance: "The tide recedes but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand. The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers on the land. The music stops, and yet it echoes on in sweet refrains..... For every joy that passes, something beautiful remains." Author Unknown

Len's mom was a very kind lady. She was always nice to an imergrent kid. She would feed us and drive us around. I'll miss her.

I remember moving to California right out of college. Lea was quick to invite me over to her apartment in Hollywood and made me feel welcomed and part of the family. I was so grateful to her. I can still hear her laugh and see her smile. Rest in peace

Lea was a great friend to our family to nearly 50 years. We were neighbors in a Hollywood apartment building in the 1960s and remained friends to the end. Lea and my mom were great pals, a friendship that survived many moves for both of them. As I knew her from my teens, we took to calling her "Tante Lea," which always caused her to laugh with delight. She was a true Tante Lea to both me and my wife, our son Alec, my brother Armen, and she was a dear, dear faithful friend to my mother Angele. We will miss her and feel very lucky to have had Tante Lea as part of our lives.

My mom passed away Sunday evening, November 2. Although we knew this day was inevitable, it's still difficult to comprehend and ultimately accept the loss. Far and above all else, she valued family and friends. Her black spiral address book was her most treasured possession during her last days. Her wish would be that we always stay close.
