I want to share a memorable short story about Inge. She was the type of person that likes to finish things right away instead of waiting for the next day. Hahaha .One day while i was organizing her drawer and i joked with her asking " if i can finish organizing her drawer the next day". Then she told me NO, I want it now ( in a nice way). Then i giggled because of how organized she is. That is one of my most memorable moments i remember. Within a year and four months being with her i deeply fell inlove with my Inge. She is such a kind of person as well as her family. I missed the days we would go for a walk while counting every beautiful houses we pass by. Then at times we would come across Mr. John who happens to take a walk almost everyday and greet Inge everytime we across the path. Then a lot of people notice Inge that everytime we go on our walks on how beautuful she is, how she dresses, her skin has no wrinkles and her beautiful eyes. One time during our walk a vehicle stopped. At first, i thought it was one of Inge's friends, then a lady got out from a BMW car, Introduced herself and asked if she can take a picture of us. Inge was wearing a purple blouse, purple hat and accessories that day. In reality Inge is beautiful inside and out and always dressed nice...?? Carrie always got her beautiful things a nice clothes, jewerlies, shoes and etc. To John, Leslie and Carrie who put a lot of times and effort to visit Inge, such a loving son and daughter of Inge. They gave the BEST CARE EVER to their MoM. And to Sue i know how much she love her mom too.....To melodie whose always there for her grandma, she's always making Inge smile and Happy. Mel is such a sweet and loving grandaughter. Beautiful Inside and out. I have many more stories and memories that will always be in my mind. Rest in peace my Inge, I will never forget you whenever you are now. You know how much I LOVE YOU?? L??Ve......... Juliette

I am saddened to hear of the loss of Inge. Though I haven't seen her in decades, I recall only a woman of grace, kindness, and a healthy sense of humor. Looking at the photos - I know that her children are carrying the Inge torch, representatives of a fine woman, a world made a little less by her departure. I will always think of Inge and Maury as my "in-laws once removed", memories of a time when we were just starting out and now thinking of how short it all really is. I am reminded to make a difference every day - as is obviously she did. My deepest condolences and warm feelings to my long time friend Sue, Carrie ('Pablo's' long time surrogate parent) and John. Your beautiful tribute to your mom brought back so many memories of childhood to me. Moving in to the new neighborhood, growing up from grade school through high school, then the march through life with marriages, children, grandchildren, and the passing of our parents. I am saddened beyond words for the loss of such an accomplished and kind woman, but the grace and love that you show in your tribute makes me smile, and I cherish the memories of our childhood and your parents being such a large part of all our lives. May her memory be a blessing and may she always be in your hearts. Thank you for allowing me to share in this goodbye. Love, Laurie

Inge was not only our neighbor for 15 years but a friend, walking buddy and confidant. I could talk to her about any and everything. I loved listening to her talk about our neighborhood; since she was an original owner she would tell us about watching our home being built, neighbors that had come and gone, etc. When we sold our home to move out of state, she was there to send us on our way. It wasn't easy saying farewell but we stayed in touch. Second to her volunteering, which she loved, Inge's children, spouses and grandchildren were everything to her. She would light up when talking about her visits to see Carrie and Vonn or John, Leslie and Sarah, or when Melanie visited. She was so happy when her great grandson was born and I loved seeing pictures she emailed. Rest in Peace our sweet friend.

Dear John, and Suzie and Carrie, Our thoughts and prayers are with you today. Your Mom was always very kind to us, and when we met we always had time for memories and laughter. We know that the three of you were a tremendous source of pride for her, and that she loved you more than anything in this world. All our love, Dan and Wanda

My thoughts and wishes are with you, with hopes that they may cushion your sadness. I never had the luxury to know your mother, John, but she must have been one of life's rock stars to have created and nurtured your good soul. That part of her will never leave this world. And you and Leslie have, in turn, given it to Sarah, another one of this world's greatest and kindest souls. I love you all. May Inge be in peace now.
