Hirsh, Herbert
March 9, 1935 – June 6, 2014
Loving father, grandfather and caring friend, has gone to join his beloved Kay-Kay. He graduated USC in 1957 and remained an avid Trojan fan to the end. He was a home builder extraordinaire; always involved in the industry. He never forgot a birthday or an anniversary. He was a long time Board Member, a major fundraiser, and he travelled to Washington, D.C. and Sacramento raising political awareness for the Alzheimer’s Assoc., for many years. He leaves behind his loving son, Jeffrey Hirsh (Kim), his adored grandson Zachary and his nephews, Kevin and Brian. He was predeceased by his brother Richard, and his parents, Pauli and Mel Hirsh. Funeral services will be Wed. June 11 at 12:30 pm, Mt. Sinai Cemetery Hollywood Hills. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer’s Assoc. LA Chapter Fight On!
