I was saddened to learn about George's passing. I had the good luck to get to know him when I was in Los Angeles in 2009, when I worked for him editing his auto biography. I know how happy he was to get married to Gabrielle a year or two later, and I always love telling the story of my good friend George who remarried when he was in his 90s! The last time I spoke with him on the phone, he sounded happy. I will so miss you, my friend, but your memory lives on strong. I'm Marie Glasser(Lazlo's) Grandson and also a Cousin of Mary Kenez and Peter Taedos and met George and his late wife Vera at my Grandparent's house and remember having a lively conversation which included the story how Mary Kenez connected with George.
