Charla Freeman Pontious
March 19, 2014
We went to eat last night at Eddie's and the owner told us Charlie had past away. My husband and I were so surprised. It had been a few months since we'd been to the restaurant since we moved. We were deeply saddened. Charlie had such an amazing energy and light. We loved seeing her, Betty and Rose whenever we went there. Charlie always took the time to talk with us and ask how we were. She was so full of life and infectious to be around. Our hearts go out to her and her family. She will be missed but her memory will remain a blessing.

Charla and I used to be best friends. I loved our hilareous travel experiences and the warmth of her family. She was one of a kind.
