Kartsman, AlfredA great man died. He was a husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Born in Chicago, 93 years ago, he graduated Northwestern U. majoring in accounting. He met his wife Anne in June and married two days after Pearl Harbor. He spent 4 years in the Navy, and after the war, he and Anne moved to the San Gabriel Valley with daughters Pamela, Susan and Rochelle. Now he says “goodbye” to his family who love and appreciated him including his children; Pamela and Ed Beimel, Susan and Daniel Wilner, and Rochelle Worthley; his grandchildren ; Michael (Margaret), Todd (Liora), David (Brenda), Jonathan (Erin), Joanna, Adam (Julie), and Jeffrey. His step grandchildren; Lawrence (Mandi), Elliot (Nailing), and Jonathan (Susan), and 10 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Golda Meir Chapter of Na ‘amat
